Art in Bloom Afternoon Teas

The Monterey Museum of Art will offer Afternoon Teas during Art in Bloom. After viewing the beautiful Art in Bloom Exhibition, stay for Afternoon Tea. In the tradition of London's Fortnum & Mason and Hong Kong's Peninsula Hotel, Chef Gordon Chin of Golden Star Catering will serve a tempting buffet of selected savories and sweets along with traditional scones accompanied by lemon curd and clotted cream. In addition to several choices of tea, you will have an option to select a glass of sparkling cider or sparkling wine.
A unique room in the historic estate of La Mirada will be transformed into an exquisite vintage tea room for your pleasure. Enjoy the buffet, libations and a lovely afternoon of conversation with friends in a beautiful setting. Hats and gloves are optional.
Notes: The price of the tea does not include admission price to the Museum. (Admission free for MMA Members) Child tickets for the tea are for children 12 years of age and under.
