Are We Solid or Fluid - a Particle or Wave?

We will explore the nature of physicality, from bodily sensations that seem so solid and unchanging, to those which are emotionally charged, to restful or attenuated sensations, and finally to change, the fluid, dynamic nature of sensation. Examining experience in this way is a doorway to the ending of dukkha (discomfort, stress, suffering).
