ANTHEM – SONGS OF RESISTANCE AND HOPE

November 3, 2017One-Night Only ConcertJLMS Auditorium7:30 to 8:30 PM
Rock and Roll, Pop, Country and Musical Theatre join forces for one night as we send a letter to the president telling him that we are not happy with his policies and how he is running the country.
Students were asked how the arts inspire us and enable us to change our world. Come hear what they had to say.
Student voice is at the heart of this very special theatrical event, an evening of ANTHEMS – powerful songs with powerful messages.
Immediately following the show, there will be a reception in the cafeteria with an opportunity to write your own letter to the president.
All donations are tax deductible and will support the Spring Musical Theatre Production at James Lick. A portion of the funds raised will be donated to charities that support immigrant rights and legal services.
Directed by Keith CaramesMusical direction by Jorell Chavez
Although tickets will also be available at the door, seating is limited and this is sure to be a popular event!

Venga a oír lo que dijeron.La voz estudiantil es el corazon de esta noche teatral tan especial, una noche de HYMNOS – cánticos poderosos con mensajes poderosos.Inmediatamente despues de este show, habrá una recepción en la cafetería con una oportunidad para que Usted escriba su propia carta al presidente.Todas las donaciones son deducibles de impuestos y apoyaran la producción de nuestro teatro estudiantil en la primavera.Dirigido por Keith CaramesDireccion Musical de Jorell Chavez
