An Introduction to Small Business Financial Management

This workshop is offered by the Small Business Services at the SF LGBT Center. It aims to help you get familiar with some business financial management concepts, effectively manage cash flow, understand your financing options, learn about how to price your product or service, improve your ability to prepare for unforeseen financial difficulties, and acquire skills to increase your company's revenue and improve its profitability.
