THE SETTING
We're opening the gates for the first time to our new 74 acre Nightwing Estate Vineyard perched at 1200ft in the Petaluma Gap AVA, with magical vistas stretching from San Francisco to Santa Rosa. The mission of this magical property is to create some of the finest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the world.
Please join for a very special afternoon filled with majestic views, foot-stomping music, an array of stunning wines and a delicious array of foods for lunch. Nightwing Vineyard is conveniently located 10-15 minutes East of downtown Petaluma. Festive summer attire encouraged!
THE MUSIC
The Shots String Band will liven up the afternoon with their unique blend of old-time Appalachian, Bluegrass, Country & Cajun songs alongside Irish & Scottish tunes. Their set also includes songs by Dylan, Johnny Cash, Elvis, The Beatles, The Kinks and more.
THE WINE
A bounty of treasures await, including rarities from deep in our library vaults along with a range of current releases, including our first ever Nightwing release.
And what's better than wines from the library? Library large formats, including The Loch & The Key!
THE FOOD
Enjoy a memorable lunch from the culinary team of Laura & Sayat Ozyilmaz, veterans of numerous Michelin starred restaurants including Eleven Madison Park and Saison. Their 'California-Mexiterranean' menu features:
Summer Salads & Platters:
- Whole grain tabouleh, pickled stone fruit, pomegranate dressing
- Melon, corn and queso fresco salad, z'hug sauce, crunchy sesame seeds, mint
- Chickpea, resh and sundried tomato salad, lime dressing
Street Tacos w/ Fresh Tortillas:
- Lamb shoulder & mushroom barbacoa
- Grilled chicken thighs en adobo
- Gochujang braised beef deshebrada
Plus Healdsburg's own Amy's Wicked Slush will be on hand providing supremely refreshing desserts!
