Inspired by the award-winning winemaking of Amador County, Amador Four Fires is a food and wine experience celebrating four wine regions paired with open flame cuisine.
The festival will be held at the historic Amador County Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 5 from 11am to 4pm.
Amador Four Fires is divided into four zones, each one representing a wine region: the South of France (Rhône), Italy, Spain/Portugal (Iberia) and “Heritage California” (claiming Zinfandel and Mission). Within each zone, chefs prepare open fire locavore dishes reminiscent of that region.
General admission tickets include wine tasting with choices of 200 wines from more than 40 wineries, food pairings prepared over open flame, educational seminars, cooking demonstrations, interactive experiences, shopping with artisan vendors, live music, local craft beer (for purchase), discounted wine sales, parking and much more.
General admission tickets are $85 per person.
VIP - $125: In addition to general admission offerings, VIP tickets include reserved parking, early admission, “Champagne” welcome, exclusive gourmet bites prepared by the Culinary Program at American River College, VIP entrance, VIP Zone with private seating, one-on-one experiences with acclaimed winemakers, private seminars and VIP exclusive wine tastings.
