Located in a historically registered building in Old Monterey, the Alvarado Street Brewery & Grill serves locally sourced, gastropub-influenced fare built around it's beers that are produced on-site. The Brewpub contains 140 seats, including a shaded sidewalk patio overlooking Alvarado Street, a full bar, and over 20 house beers on draft.
Behind the Brewery & Grill in Old Monterey, customers can enter the Beer Garden on Alvarado Street or Calle Principal. The outdoor, pavilion-like structure features communal seating for 50, two fire pits with lounge-style seating, and a separate bar with 12 house beers on tap. On weekends, Chef Brandon Miller serves up smoked barbecue specials, and beer is available to-go from the Beer Garden counter in the form of 32 ounce Crowlers, cans (when available), and bottle releases.
