Alexander's Steakhouse San Francisco is hosting an exclusive dining event in conjunction with WhistlePig Rye Whiskey on January 29. This dinner will perfectly pair dishes and cocktails using Hitachiwagyu beef and WhistlePig Whiskey in inventive, unexplored combinations. Alexander's Steakhouse is the only restaurant in the U.S. that carries Hitachiwagyu Beef, and Chef Eric Upper has woven WhistlePig's finest blends in with every dish to create a menu that will only be available for this one night.
