Alexander’s Steakhouse in San Francisco presents The Feast on Sunday, March 31 beginning at 6:00 p.m. Executive Chef Eric Upper will prepare a dinner that will include an interactive experience with the Alexander's team who will share the cooking techniques and special ingredients used to create the menu. Priced at $120.00 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), The Feast will begin with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails followed promptly at 7:00 p.m. by a seated two-course meal served family style at a communal table in the private Wine Library. Available a la carte will be the restaurant’s full selection of wine and spirits. Reservations are required and can be made via https://www.exploretock.com/alexanderssanfran/.
Guests will be able to enjoy hors d’oeuvres of cheese and charcuterie, oysters, citrus salad, and meatballs. The first course will be a locally sourced salad and then there will be main dishes of house made spaghetti and beef ragu, chicken encased in wagyu fat, and roasted honey mussels. On future last-Sundays-of-the-month, The Feast dining experience will be repeated with a new menu offered each time.
Available every night is the Alexander's Steakhouse curated beef program highlighting small farms from Japan, Australia and the United States. The restaurant showcases its own dry aging program, an extensive tasting menu, plus Japanese Wagyu plays a prominent role on the menu with rare and allocated cuts of beef in regular rotation.
