The evening's menu will include Local Halibut with tomato water and vanilla paired with Glenmorangie 10 year; Wagyu Agnolotti with pickled blueberries and filberts paired with Glenmorangie Lasanta (sherry cask); Holstein Strip with preserved sour cherries, agrodolce and smoked maitake mushrooms paired with Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban (port cask); dessert paired with Glenmorangie Nectar d'Or (Sauternes cask); and a "Surprise & Delight" of Glenmorangie 18 year.
Highlights of the upscale, contemporary design of Alexander's Steakhouse include a three-tiered dining space, exposed brick walls, dramatic public display wine racks, high ceilings with skylights, wood and terrazzo flooring plus carpeting, banquette seating, custom Japanese shoji screens, colorful floral arrangements, and an exhibition kitchen.
