Alexander’s Steakhouse Cupertino To Host a Glenfiddich Scotch Whisky Paired Dinner on October 5

Alexander’s Steakhouse in Cupertino is hosting a four-course Glenfiddich Scotch Whisky paired dinner on Thursday, October 5 beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meal is priced at $200.00 per person, tax and service charge not included, and the evening's special guest will be Jennifer Wren, Glenfiddich Ambassador, Western USA, who will be discussing scotch whiskies.

An optional upgrade, priced at $400.00 for the complete experience, affords guests the opportunity to get a pour of Glenfiddich 40 year old.

The menu for this dinner will be Beef Tartare, puffed tendon, gazpacho of red beet and burrata with Glenfiddich 12 Year Old; Lobster Tail, roasted coralline jus, chestnuts and bok choy with Glenfiddich 21 Year old cask strength unfinished whisky; Iberico Porc "Secretto," creamy polenta, natural jus, white truffle and Belgium endive with Caribbean Rum Blend cask strength; and Miso Cheesecake with cherries, pecan crisp and Glenfiddich 21 Year Old. At the end of the evening, guests will leave with a selection of scotch whisky infused sweet treats prepared by Alexander's Patisserie.
