Alameda Island Poets & Writers will hold their final meeting of the year with poetry and writing teacher, and co-founder of the Bay Area Poets Seasonal Review, Jannie M. Dresser. Joining Jannie for this year-end event is three-time Pushcart Prize-nominee, and founder of the Mexican and Latin American Studies Dept. at Oakland's Laney College, Rafael González. This event will be hosted by Nanette Bradley Deetz, and open mic will follow Jannie and Rafael's readings.
