Aikido is an effective, non-aggressive martial art. Our philosophy promotes a peaceful reconciliation of conflict. In its purest form, aikido has no attacking skills. Our practice is one of breaking the attacker's balance resulting in a throw or a control application.
We offer classes for children, teens and adults. Currently our youngest student is 5 years old and our eldest is 78! We are a warm, supportive, and socially diverse community coming together in a 'practice' that encourages an overall sense of wellbeing_ physically, mentally and spiritually.
