Gathering at San Lorenzo Park, the AIDS Walk & Fun Run promises a memorable morning complete with delicious food, music, costumes, and a raffle. The event begins at 9:30am on Saturday, March 7th
at San Lorenzo Park. The 5K run begins at 10:15am and the 5K walk begins at 10:30am. The route takes runners and walkers along the river levee without crossing a single street. Participants will be get yummy breakfast and the opportunity to participate in the raffle. Since this is a fun run, we encourage participants to wear costumes to increase the event’s energy and amusement.
To participate runners and walkers have a $25 early bird registration fee which goes towards the suggested fundraising minimum of $100. All proceeds go to HIV/AIDS support including education and prevention services throughout Santa Cruz County. If you are unable to participate, donations in any amount are welcome. (Day of reg: $30 + suggested fundraiser donation)
