"How can anyone be expected to govern a country with 325 cheeses?"- Charles de Gaulle.
We won't be trying all 325 but we will have a mouth-watering selection of fromage paired with delightful French wines.
There are a couple of apres-tasting restaurants in Willow Glen for those daring enough to stay a bit later. The Siena has outdoor music where we can go to have dessert and more wine or coffee or tea. Or another alternative is Vin Santo's bar area. We can make that decision that evening.
