"A Teen's Guide to the Social Dilemma (On-Demand Recording)
Has social media been sneaking into your brain? Many teens are spending hours scrolling through perfectly filtered photos, obsessing over likes and shares, or encountering virtual bullies. This teen-focused session features the creators of the Netflix docudrama, The Social Dilemma, who spent years working at tech companies. and have tips on how you can be in control of how you spend your time.

How can we build healthier relationships with technology?
Max Stossel, Head of Education for The Center for Humane Technology, illustrates some of the specific ways technology is designed to be addictive & distracting, provide tools to help combat these designs, and showcase a much needed discussion among peers about the impact of phones & social media on our lives.
