This teen-focused session features the creators of the Netflix docudrama, The Social Dilemma, who spent years working at tech companies. and have tips on how you can be in control of how you spend your time.
How can we build healthier relationships with technology?
Max Stossel, Head of Education for The Center for Humane Technology, illustrates some of the specific ways technology is designed to be addictive & distracting, provide tools to help combat these designs, and showcase a much needed discussion among peers about the impact of phones & social media on our lives.
This session is designed for students ages 10-18. All parents are welcome to watch, even if your children are younger. Includes a presentation from Max Stossel and Q&A hosted by ActivityHero. This is a recorded and edited version of our live event that you can watch at your convenience.
