"A Scanner Darkly" Showing and "Much Ado About Keanu" Book Talk

A showing of the animated science fiction thriller A Scanner Darkly will be followed by a talk with Sezin Devi Koehler, author of Much Ado About Keanu: A Critical Reeves Theory. Sezin will give a talk about the movie, Keanu's role in it and her newly released book.
Devi Koehler presents a new set of lenses through which to experience Keanu Reeves movies from an intersectional perspective that includes history, politics, queer theory and more. These illuminating talks will deepen the way audiences engage with the internet's boyfriend and solidify his place as one of the most talented performers in Generation X, and far beyond.
