'A Night In Scotland' is presented by Chef Derrik Soares (Friends With Benedict's, Chief Sullivan's, House Rules)
The event opens with a cocktail welcome and an optional Whiskey and Chutney tasting featuring robust Scotch selections and Alison McQuade's Celtic Chutneys.
Dinner begins seating at 6pm, with a second and third seating at 7pm and 8pm
The menu is designed for Fall, featuring traditional and non traditional presentations of some of Scotlands favorite dishes. Dinner opens with Smokey Cullen Skink or a fresh Berry and Mint Salad. Entrees include Salmon Bonnie Prince Charlie, a whimsical twist on a popular dish; Scotch Pie, a completely traditional and rich culinary treat; finally a Vegetarian Scotch Egg, blasphemous but delicious. As dinner winds down, relax with some coffee, tea or any selection from our full bar, while we serve a parfait Cranachan and a delicate Black Bun stuffed with sweet and tart stone fruit and topped with vanilla bean ice cream.
