Trione-Annadel State Park is unique in that its diverse, expansive biomes all have one thing in common -- they were shaped by the use of fire, or, as you may discover -- a lack thereof! California State Park staff will guide you along the Warren Richardson Trail to the North Burma Trailhead and back. This moderate, out and back hike will be about 4 miles, with most of the trail shaded by trees, revealing the scenic vista of False Lake Meadow.
Participants should dress accordingly for the weather, wear sturdy shoes, and pack water.
Please meet at 4pm by the picnic tables and restrooms. To get to the meeting spot, stop at the gate where entrance fees are required, then follow Channel Drive to the end where you will find the Warren Richardson parking lot and trailhead.
