Chef Peter McNee led the Poggio kitchen for seven years before passing the torch in February to his successor, current Executive Chef Benjamin Balesteri. McNee is well known for bringing the celebrated Bollito Misto to Poggio, now an annual tradition. Chefs Balesteri and McNee are reuniting for a special collaboration influenced by their years of cooking together.
