In this time of social isolation, join us for A Daily Dose of Togetherness, presented in partnership with the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley -- one of the world's leading institutions of research and education in the fields of psychology, sociology, and the neuroscience of well-being.
Each virtual gathering includes a guided meditation, a special reflection from a guest speaker, and a chance to meet in Togetherness Circles, where you'll connect with your digital neighbors from around the world. The experience is designed around four themes: grounding, inspiration, connection and gratitude, all based on scientific principles for how to best respond adversity.
Registration is free but is limited to 500 participants as this is an interactive session with small breakout groups. Please be sure to RSVP in advance.
