A Conversation with Dolores Huerta & IIBA

SEE EVENT DETAILS
"Every moment is an organizing opportunity, every person a potential activist, every minute a chance to change the world." -- Dolores Huerta

The Immigration Institute of the Bay Area (IIBA) is honored to host a conversation with Dolores Huerta, President and Founder of the Dolores Huerta Foundation.

Through her activism, community organizing, and leadership, she has helped advance the rights and working conditions of millions of migrant farm workers in the United States. A life-long activist and civil rights icon, Ms. Huerta co-founded the United Farm Workers (UFW) of America in 1962.

We invite you to hear from this remarkable woman and join in a discussion on how we can work together to help change the world.

The Immigration Institute of the Bay Area (IIBA) has helped immigrants, refugees, and their families join and contribute to the community for over one hundred years.

We are requesting a minimal registration fee of $10 or a donation at any amount meaningful to you. Your contribution will directly support immigrants and IIBA's work. Immigrants need your support now more than ever.
