Mike Lee and Co. are back with another summer jam for the masses.
LA-based quintet Letting Up Despite Great Faults have a lot in common with M83, The Radio Dept., and fellow tongue twisters The Pains of Being Pure At Heart. “Teenage Tide” is the first single off their forthcoming EP Paper Crush, set for US release on August 2 via Old Flame Records. Lee’s breathy vocals drift through a tale of romance that asks “are you counting on me?/can i count you in the end?” Hit play and pretend it ain’t really raining outside.
