18 Reasons hosts an array of super cool and interesting classes, but this one definitely struck my sweettooth eye. Next Wednesday Zohara Mapes, with SF’s own TCHO chocolates, will be giving attendees the insidescoop on being a chocolatier. And you can bet there’ll be plenty of chocolate on hand.

According to the class description, “She will show you (with all her cool gadgets) how chocolate gets made, and in the process, show you how she spends her day. We will have plenty of chocolate on hand, since tasting is a big part of Zohara’s 9-5.”
