The ride is back with a new location and new routes!
Join 1,000+ of your neighbors on October 13th for the Wheels for Meals Ride and cycle to fight senior hunger at the 9th annual ride benefiting Meals on Wheels of Alameda and Contra Counties.
Tour the lovely Tri-Valley area and then reward your efforts with our ever-popular post-ride BBQ, complete with entertainment and family-friendly fun!
There are three new routes to choose from:
16-mile course is fun and family-friendly. Begins at 9:00 am.
41-mile course is moderate and exciting; great for intermediate cyclists. Begins at 8:00 am.
67-mile course is adventuresome, perfect for cyclists wanting an extra challenge. Begins at 7:00 am.
All of our routes are fully supported with SAG vehicles, well-stocked rest stops, route markings, and cue sheets.
The post-ride celebration begins at 11:00 am and includes a delicious BBQ lunch, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities, including a Bike Rodeo sponsored by Bike East Bay, aimed at teaching our littlest riders (grades K-6) advanced riding and safety skills (pre-registration required as spots are limited).
