The 9th Annual Black-Eyed Peas Festival at Marston Campbell Park, 17th & West Street, Oakland, CA 94607, showcases vendors dedicated to their craft and pride in creating unique handmade products. Festival attendees can explore a diverse collection of affordable and inspiring paintings, drawings, sculptures, clothing, jewelry, and handbags that reflect the creativity and talent of each artist and crafter.
