MEET JEAN
Our special guest this year is our very first scholar from Zambia. She’s passionate creating opportunities for survivors of sexual violence to express their stories through song and dance. At our 9th Anniversary Gala, she will be sharing her powerful story through music—this concert will uplift and inspire you.
BIGAD SHABAN
Bigad is an award-winning investigative reporter for NBC Bay Area. His work has been recognized with a George Foster Peabody award and six Emmy awards. A supporter of Freely in Hope, Bigad will be exercising his auctioneering skills at our 8th Anniversary Gala.
REV. ROMAL TUNE
Rev. Romal Tune is a father, an author, a veteran, a world traveler, art collector and the founder of ClereStory Education Fund. The focus of his life’s work is using the power of storytelling to bring about meaningful change.
JANAI RAYFIELD
From Washington DC, Janai is a live painter and spoken word artist. She has a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling and focused her research on women who are sexually traumatized. Through her art, she loves helping people to more clearly see the beauty and purpose of whom God created them to be. Come see her beautiful art through words and paint performed live!
FEATURING JA RONN & FLOW
Ja Ronn & Flow is a multicultural Bay Area singing group with the mission to spread love through music. Ja Ronn & the FLOW have performed for and with the likes of acclaimed filmmaker George Lucas; international, diamond-selling rock band Journey; and renowned tenor Josh Groban! Add to that, Oprah Winfrey, Tyler Perry, Steven Spielberg, Ron Howard, and Quincy Jones!
