5-Day Early Morning Immersion, ON PRACTICE: Learning, Inspiration, and Discovery

We learn in class. What about practice? A personal practice transforms what is learned into our own experience, opening the doorway to yoga itself. Not sure how to practice? Seeking motivation? Already practicing, but seek variety or direction? Students of this immersion will learn approaches to practice, props, sequencing, and philosophical supports. The presentation by the instructor will not be as a normal class, but rather one of guiding practice.
Students returning to this practice immersion are encouraged to communicate personal goals to the instructor -- perhaps working toward a particular asana or addressing a challenge.
Pacing and level will range, with options given for students of all levels.
