4th St. Yoga’s highly qualified teachers are committed to offering you expert guidance in the practice of yoga. Recognizing the natural effects of a yoga practice to be different for a 20-year-old than a 70-year-old, our teachers strive to give each student a practice that fits their needs. Our beautiful sunlit yoga studio offers a rich variety of classes to choose from. Classes are always available on a drop-in basis. We provide all yoga props. Bring a willing sense of spirit, wear clothing that does not restrict bodily movement and a not too full stomach.
