Saturdays, 3p - 5p
This course covers:
Learn effective combative strikes.
Self defense against common attacks
Ground defense
Rape escape defense
30-45 minutes of striking techniques and padwork to develope power
45 minutes of self defensive applications and drills
30 minutes of ground defensive and escape techniques
Cost:
Early Bird Registration: $175 person (before 9/20/17)
Mother & daughter $250
Course includes free group class 1x/week (choice of kung fu or kickboxing class) during the duration of workshop.
Paid regisgtrations ends on 9/28/17
Single Class $50 (2 hours)
