33rd Annual Autumn Moon Festival

The San Francisco Chinatown Merchants Association is pleased to announce the upcoming 33rd Annual Graton Resort & Casino Autumn Moon Festival. This highly anticipated event will take place on Saturday, September 23 from 11am to 5pm; and Sunday, September 24 from 10am to 5pm. The festival will be held on Grant Avenue between California and Broadway, where attendees will be treated to a variety of exciting activities, including arts and crafts vendors, delicious food stalls, live music, local contemporary entertainment, mooncakes, lion dancing, and more.

The festivities will commence on Saturday with a grand parade at 11am led by Mayor London Breed, featuring beauty queens, cultural performers, and lion dancers. Following the ribbon cutting ceremony, the Yau Kung Moon Association will perform a lion dance and martial arts performance, followed by a culinary demonstration by celebrity chef Martin Yan at 12:15pm. Throughout the weekend, attendees will be treated to a variety of live music performances.

In addition to the exciting activities, the organizers will hold a Barbie and Ken Look Alike contest for all age ranges with fabulous prizes for the best Barbie outfits. The judging will take place on Sunday at 3:30pm. The festivities will culminate with the famous White Crane dragon parade on Sunday at 4:45pm.
