2nd Annual Cab & Slab Dinner - The Dorian

We believe that the best way to create community is by sharing a meal. Join us at The Dorian for our 2nd annual "Cab and Slab" dinner, geared towards bringing our guests, friends, and ownership together. We will be serving a delicious 1970's Americana Haute Cuisine family style meal, with 15 different dishes centered around Prime 8-Long Bone Ribeye Racks. Bring a bottle of your favorite cab to share with your friends and neighbors and compare pairings.Come early and join us for a hosted manhattan and martini cocktail bar before sitting down for dinner.

Tickets are $85 for dinner and $20 for cocktail hour, not including gratuity.

Hors d'oeuvres:- Deviled Quail Eggs- Crab Dip and grilled baguette- Beef tartare
Soup & Salad:- Bibb lettuce salad with wedge flavors and green goddess dressing- French onion soup
Starches:- Homemade "Rice-a-Roni" with rice, vermicelli, garlic, mushroom, herbs, carrots, bone marrow- B.L.T popovers- Hasselbeck baked potatoes - The creamiest, smoothest mashed potato ever known to man- Parker House Rolls, homemade butter
Veggies:- Creamed brussel sprouts- Blue Lake Bean Casserole - a green bean casserole with crispy shallots, roasted mushroom gravy- Veggie Medley of fava beans, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, carrots
