"2020-Orchids in Focus" Show & Sale is 10am - 5pm Friday - Sunday, February 21-23, 2020 at the SF County Fair Building (Hall of Flowers)
There will be thousands of orchid flowers and plants on display, with judging from the American Orchid Society, as well as plants for sale from members of the San Francisco Orchid Society as well as over 23 international nurseries. Hands-on demonstrations will be conducted by experts with information about successfully growing and blooming orchids at home in San Francisco, as well as ongoing efforts to promote habitat conservation around the world. Families are welcome, and there will be special activities for kids and people of all ages and interests.
Single Day General Admission Price: $15 at the door; $12 in advance; $10 for students and seniors (65 years and over); children 13 years old and under get in free with a paid adult chaperone.
A Preview Night event will be held on Thursday February 20th (6:00-9:30pm) where adult attendees (21 and older only since alcohol will be served) will be the first to see the orchid displays, and have first pick from show vendors (orchid growers from all over the world offering the very best selection and some of the most exotic orchids available today), all with with reduced crowds (a few hundred rather than a few thousand people).
Preview Night Admission Price: $50 at the door; $30 in advance (no senior/student discounts);
Weekend Pass including Preview Night: $45 (no discounts)
