Let’s face it: Acme Bread tastes better when you work for it. Join us in the Grand Hall (second floor) every Wednesday from 5-6 PM, for FREE group fitness classes taught by rotating instructors from local studios. Next Wednesday, 8.21, we’re starting off strong with Power Yoga with the team from Baptiste Power Yoga, and you won’t want to miss it! Feel free to stop by, or reserve your spot via the @MINDBODY app.
The new offerings cater to wellness lovers and vintage shoppers: starting on August 21st, meet Wellness Wednesday – the Ferry Building’s weekly partnership with the health and wellness app MINDBODY. Utilizing the building’s airy second floor, the weekly event offers (through November 20th) fitness classes – including yoga, power yoga, pilates, and dance, with instructors from studios like CorePower Yoga, Lagree Fit, and Orangetheory Fitness. The classes are free, with sign-ups through the app, as well as drop-ins.

These offerings are in good company with the Ferry Building’s other events, also recently added; American Cheese Month in October, Demo Days at Recchiuti Confections and more.
