Meat Puppets’ original lineup, Curt and Cris Kirkwood and drummer Derrick Bostrom, will be touring the US in support of their upcoming album Dusty Notes (to be released March 8th / Megaforce). This will be the band’s first tour with their original drummer since 1995.

Neil Hamburger will open both the first two shows on the tour, which so happen to be in the Bay Area: April 4th at Sweetwater Music Hall and April 5th at The Independent.

Meat Puppets are forever immortalized by the three covers Nirvana performed at their classic Unplugged in New York show.
