The “Thoughts and Prayers” response we’ve been given for many years after a tragic shooting is maddening and not anywhere close to enough. Instead of getting upset and doing nothing about it, join your fellow San Franciscan’s to demand action.

An accord has to be made where gun rights are protected, but the requirements of what goes into a gun purchase are raised. What that ultimately looks like is up to us all. Be a part of the solution.

On Saturday March 24th at 1pm, join the Stoneman Douglas High School children, SF Moms Demand Action and other groups at Civic Center Plaza who are pushing to force long needed changes to the status quo. Stand with them and #MarchForOurLives.

Other Bay Area events include: Richmond, Walnut Creek, Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, Pacifica, Burlingame, San Mateo, Redwood City, San Jose, Livermore, Vallejo, Benicia, Novato and Santa Rosa. There are currently 846 rally’s schedule worldwide on the same day, see a full list at
