What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
MUNI: The T-Third Metro Line picks up at the 4th and King Street Caltrain Station and the Embarcadero BART station. Disembark at UCSF Mission Bay Station on 3rd Street opposite the campus. Walk West on Gene Friend Way to reach the William J. Rutter Center. For more information, please visit 511.org and https://www.sfmta.com.
UCSF SHUTTLES: Disembark at the 16th Street Mission BART station. Pick up the UCSF Shuttle - Red Line at the Northeast corner of the intersection. Shuttles run every 15 minutes, Monday through Friday, to 4th Street, in front of the UCSF Mission Bay Campus. For more information, please visit the UCSF Transportation Services or call (415) 476-4646.
PARKING: We ask that attendees park at the 3rd Street Garage (1650 3rd Street), as other lots are reserved for patient use. Please see the MBCC Parking Map for further directions. Parking rates are $3.75/hour and $30/day maximum. The Garage is open from 7am to 8pm.
What's the refund policy? Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Conference tickets are non-refundable but transferable. You have the opportunity to transfer your ticket to a colleague up to three business days (72 hours) before the event. All transfer requests must be made to the event organizer by the attendee or credit card holder.
