Shifts
Set-up
Thursday, September 20, 11AM to 7PM
Hang the art, set up tables, chairs, lighting, signs, etc.
Friday Set-up, September 21, 10:00AM to 6:00PM
Final touches, set up registration, complete bar service, help catering etc.
Working at Art for AIDS
Friday, September 21, 4:00pm to 10:00PM
Assist art buyers, display art at the live auction, move art, prep and serve food, tend bar, serve wine and cocktails.
