Massive Power Outage in San Francisco Today, Thousands Still Without Power
More than 95,000 people were without power today, according to ABC7 News.
Update: Most of San Francisco power restored, new estimate of time until full return of power to remaining 3,000 is 5pm, according to Mayor Ed Lee and PG&E.
