ARE Pact 2016
AIA San Francisco's ARE Pact program offers the perfect incentive to get licensed: take all 7 exams within 12 months and you will receive a full refund of your $1,000 enrollment deposit. Enrollment in the program includes a peer study group assigned by AIASF, a team leader and mentor assigned to your group, free admission to monthly study sessions, and much more.

You must have permission to test from NCARB and the California Architects Board before registering for the ARE Pact. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions for this rule given the nature of the approval process at NCARB and the CAB

Checks are the only accepted form of payment and must be post marked by Wednesday, March 31, 2017. Please make checks payable to AIA San Francisco and mail to:

There are a few other things to note before you register:
The completion date for the 2017 ARE Pact is March 31, 2018. You are only required to TAKE, not pass, all 7 exams by this date in order to be reimbursed for your $1,000 enrollment deposit. We can’t stress the word “TAKE†enough.
Register online by March 29, 2017. Please fill out the Eventbrite form completely. You will be assigned a study group based on your answers to the questions in the form – you can request to be assigned to a group with friends or coworkers. We will cap enrollment at 120 participants. While we do not anticipate this many people registering, it is a good idea to sign up early.
