What inspired you to create Mr Lessy? And just out of curiosity, how long does it usually take to capture that perfect food shot?

Kevin: It all started with taking pictures from my phone and sharing them to my family and friends, but somehow I noticed there were more people who liked my food pictures. I guess because of my design background, the composition for these food pictures have a certain aesthetic to it, making them look more artistic and intentionally posed. Whenever I’m with the food bloggers, we could sometimes take an hour (or even more sometimes) to take the perfect shot before actually eating them down. Sometimes it also means that a lot of us could stand on the chairs to take a perfect over-the-table shot or even bring the food outside for perfect lighting [laughs].
