On Friday, June 5th, the always-cool retailer Urban Outfitters will host a special marketplace at its Powell street location. Along with a festive discount – 10% off full-priced merchandise & 30% off sale items, the chain invited local vendors and small businesses to display and sell their creations in the store space.

The local representation includes Wallflower and Tar&Feathers, two well-loved San Francisco-based vintage stores; woodworker, artist and Instagram star Alexandra Zee;the Napa-based florists Root and Riot and jeweler Amanda Hunt.

The event will take place between 5pm – 9pm and will offer a fun afternoon, blending hand-made local goods and mass-produced trendy buys along with free drinks, a Photobooth and Music.
