Alt-J and Tycho were at the Greek Theater for two amazing shows last Thursday & Friday – April 16th & 17th.

The colors portrayed by Tycho’s lighting seemed to capture the colorful melodies and riffs performed by the live artists. The combination of electronic and now full band elements gave the music a sound that appealed to multiple crowds while continuously maintaining its creative depth.

Whether it was a slower or fast paced song, the crowd met alt-J with the same level of excited intensity. The complexity of their lyrics and the advanced harmonies gave alt-J a sound unlike any other. This performance clearly evoked a positive reaction from their devoted audiences.
