Wye Oak, Thao & The Get Down to Play Phono del Sol Music Festival
Folk duo Wye Oak and San Francisco indie pop group Thao & The Get Down Stay Down were among five acts named for the fourth annual Phono del Sol Music Festival at Potrero del Sol Park on July 12.
MAY 13 UPDATE: Organizers announced today that Nick Waterhouse, White Fence, Yalls and Bill Baird will join an already strong lineup of performers at the festivals this year. The complete lineup as of today:

MAY 6 REPORT: Organizers made an initial lineup announcement today with chill wave artist Blackbird Blackbird, transcendental rock band A Million Billion Dying Suns and the Tambo Rays also on the lineup. Five additional bands will be announced in the near future.
Phono del Sol, hosted by nonprofit The Bay Bridged and Tiny Telephone recording studio, offers a full day of affordable, all ages fun in the park at 25th and Utah streets.
In addition to the music, local food trucks will be on site along with arts and crafts makers. General Admission starts at $25, with a limited number of discounted six-pack tickets for $20 each also available.
