Report: Eminem, Skrillex, Kings of Leon, Arctic Monkeys to Headline Lollapalooza

Celebrating the 10th year of Lollapalooza in its current incarnation in Chicago, industry sources have confirmed to the Chicago Tribune that this year’s festival headliners include Eminem, Skrillex, Kings of Leon and Arctic Monkeys.

Lollapaloza takes places August 1-3 at Grant Park in downtown Chicago. The full lineup will be announced next week, with tickets going on sale beginning next Tuesday. Kings of Leon previously headlined Lollapalooza in 2009, while Eminem had the same honor in 2011. Skrillex first performed there in 2011 and returned last year with his side project, Dog Blood. Arctic Monkeys will be making their first headlining appearance this year, having also last appeared in 2011.

The festival hosts more than 100 bands and artists across eight stages. There are also international variants held in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Israel.
