Boston native David Bazirgan, Executive Chef at Fifth Floor Restaurant, is hosting a Boston-inspired food and cocktail reception, benefiting The One Fund.
The event, on Monday, June 10, from 6:00-9:00pm, will bring together Chef Baz and Fifth Floor Bar Manager Brian Means, who will be joined by Boston area natives, Chef Deepak Kaul from Serpentine, Chef Dennis Lee from Namu Gaji and bartender Jon Santer from Prizefighter in Emeryville. The chefs and bartenders will be preparing Boston-inspired drinks and small bites throughout the evening.
There will also be a silent auction at the event, as guests can bid on items such as restaurant gift certificates and even travel packages to Boston.
All proceeds from “We’re One With Boston” will benefit The One Fund, which was established through the urging of Boton Mayor Thomas Menino and Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick following the Boston Marathon bombings. The fund assists families of the victims who were killed and those who were seriously injured or affected by the tragic events on April 18th and 19th.
Tickets for the event are $50. Fifth Floor is located on the fifth floor of the Hotel Palomar at 12 4th Street.
