For the sixth consecutive year, Golden Gate University (GGU) teams up with Tax-Aid to provide free help filing tax returns for underserved families. More than 30 faculty and students from GGU’s School of Taxation will be available.
The program is open to families with total gross incomes less than $52,000. Clients served on the first come, first served basis.
Clients should bring:
-Social security card or ITUN for each family member
-W-2 forms for all 2013 jobs and all 1099 or 1098 forms
-Child care provider information
-Landlord’s name, address and phone number
-Voided check for direct deposit
-2012 tax return, if available
