Farm:Table Brings Breakfast for Dinner to SF FoodLab

Normally open only for breakfast and lunch, the Tenderloin’s farm:table will be taking over the SF FoodLab space on Thursday, October 25 for a four-course brinner: or breakfast for dinner.

While the venue will change to accommodate more people, the meal will still abide by farm:table’s quality standards of using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. The menu is set to include:

·  Wild mushroom and herb frittata with potato and marinated vegetables

·  Creamy polenta with slow poached egg and crispy house-cured garlicky pancetta

·  Braised pork with cannellini beans and salsa verde

·  Warm bread pudding with maple roasted pears, almonds and cream.

The food is not the only portion of the fare that will tackle the aspects brinner. Each diner will sip on a specialty mimosa accompanying the first frittata course, and beer from Half Moon Bay Brewing Co. will pair with the braised pork dish.

To keep the party going, farm:table coffee guru Shannon will lead guests through a cupping (aka tasting), during which they will analyze single-origin beans.

The 8pm seating is sold out, but there are still a few tickets left for the initial time slot at 6pm. Tickets are $41, and can be purchased through Scoutmob.
