San Francisco has once again been recognized as the top city in the country – this time for being the best place to trick-or-treat on Halloween.

According to the fourth annual Zillow Trick-or-Treat Index, San Francisco tops the list. The index was created using four equally weighted data variables: Zillow Home Value Index, population density, Walk Score and local crime data from Relocation Essentials.

The index is meant to represent cities which will provide trick-or-treaters with the most candy, least walking and least amount of safety risks.

Boston, Honolulu, Seattle and San Jose rounded out the top five.

Zillow also listed the top five neighborhoods for trick-or-treaters in each city. In San Francisco, the list includes Presidio Heights, Sea Cliff, Noe Valley, Cow Hollow and Lake (which is between Sea Cliff and Presidio Heights).

This is the second year in a row San Francisco has topped the list.
