Bottle Cap in North Beach is hosting a special four-course scotch pairing dinner on Wednesday.

Master of Scotch Rick Edwards will be helping to lead guests through the wonderful, boozy world of scotch, paired with chef Dane Bortya’s menu, which is listed below:

1st Course:

Seared Tuna wrapped in Smoked Salmon, Ginger-Cider Gastrique (paired with Scapa 16)

2nd Course:

Tolenas Quail with roasted Fig jus, Spinach and Blue Cheese Phyllo cup (paired with Longmorn 16)

3rd Course:

Braised Angus Beef Rib, Heirloom Tomato Jam, White Corn Risotto (paired with Aberlour 16)

Dessert:

Butterscotch Pudding, pecan shortbread cookie (paired with Glenlivet 16 Nadurra)

The dinner is from 6:00-9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 22 and is $55 per person (not including tax and gratuity).
